As an engagement delivery manager at Salesforce, Mr. Artz is working to bring best-in-class sales, service, and customer experiences to clients. Mr. Artz currently serves on the Project Management Institute, Washington DC Chapters board of directors as the VP of technology. During his time with PMIWDC, Mr. Artz, led two initiatives to release Zoho, an enterprise-wide CRM, and Microsoft Office 365 to the chapter and its members. Mr. Artz holds a variety of professional credentials, including five salesforce certifications, a PMP, and a variety of agile delivery certifications. Mr. Artz has delivered presentations in the past to the Project Management Institute on "Managing Projects in the Cloud", and on the topic of citizen development. Mr. Artz has also been a guest lecturer at Montgomery College. Mr. Artz holds a Bachelors of Arts from George Washington University and a Masters of Science in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University.
