Presentation: “Innovating Public Services through Product Management”

Description: From Generative AI to Digital Public Infrastructure, new technologies are creating new value for the public everyday. But more importantly, these technologies aren’t just making existing public services faster or cheaper, they are opening entirely new pathways to deliver services to the public. And these innovative public services aren’t science fiction; examples like Ukraine’s Diia app or VA’s use of automation in claims processing are happening today. But these new pathways of service delivery also require new management practices to make sure that they deliver on their promises and truly do bring value to the public.
