About the session
Professional AI product experience and productivity gains are defined by the harness we use, and the future is in organization sized AI harnesses.
The Harness: Claude Code, Codex, or Hermes if your bold, defines the modern professional’s AI product experience. When voice and chat are the common UI, it’s the orchestration around the LLM call driving the experience.
And while many are just figuring out how to download Claude Code, modern organizations and startups are starting to tackle the organizational harness.
How does the team interact with AI? New interface or the tools they know? How do we control an entire team of agents, with different users, or different skill levels? How is memory and context shared, but sensitive information protected from leaks? How do we stop hallucinations? How do I manage token spend? How are expert skills and workflows distributed? How can I enable my team to build their own custom apps, with some control?
This talk looks at examples and stories from companies and startups doing the work to figure out how to harness and control these powerful and unpredictable AI-enabled systems.
