Call for Speakers

Share the lesson behind the result.

We want useful talks from people who tried something, paid attention, and became curious about why it worked — or why it did not.

Proposals due August 31

Live talks: 20 minutes + Q&A

Virtual and unpaid

The question behind the talk

Why?

What changed? Why do you think it changed? What surprised you? What would you repeat, change, or stop doing next time?

What belongs here

You do not need a controlled study or a famous company. You need real work, reflected insight, and enough context to help someone else think better.

1 · Real work

Something actually happened.

A case, experiment, customer conversation, launch, failure, process change, or repeated practice.

2 · Reflected insight

You looked beyond “it worked.”

You considered why the outcome happened, what changed your mind, and what the result really means.

3 · Useful context

Others can judge the lesson.

You can explain the setting, evidence, tradeoffs, and where the insight might not apply.

Choose a track

Pick the closest fit. We may recommend a different track as the program takes shape.

Track 1

Product Technology & Complex Product Development

Discovery, customer problems, AI-enabled products, technical platforms, design, and strategy.

Track 2

Product Management in Regulated Environments

Government, healthcare, finance, infrastructure, safety, privacy, procurement, and compliance.

Track 3

Product Growth, Marketing & Market Adoption

Positioning, pricing, onboarding, retention, product-led growth, marketing, and adoption.

How proposals are reviewed

Useful beats impressive.

Clear lesson

Can we tell what the audience will learn?

Reflected insight

Did the speaker try to understand why?

Practical value

Will the talk help product people make better decisions?

Honest context

Are evidence, limitations, and tradeoffs visible?

Not a fit

  • Sales pitches or promotional demos
  • Consulting frameworks without real evidence
  • Victory laps with no reflection or tradeoffs
  • Generic advice that could apply to any product
  • Confidential information you cannot responsibly share

Accepted speakers will receive the presentation template, evidence guidance, accessibility requirements, and production instructions.
