As a Certified Organisational Development Practitioner and Associate Certified Coach (ICF) with extensive business experience and track record in organization effectiveness, Saule is a knowledgeable interventionist that enables participants to collectively engage or explore important issues and opportunities. A skilled facilitator of small and large groups participative processes, Saule deals effectively with such difficult dynamics as those associated with issues of power, leadership, conflict, diversity and the like, whilst encouraging and supporting development of skills, behaviors and attitudes necessary for overall change effort. Passionate about experiential learning, she brings a wealth of theoretical knowledge and vast experience of application of those theories in business.
Saule attained a strong multicultural perspective through working with international and multicultural organizations. Economist by background, she started her career in banking sector first in Kazakhstan and later working at European Bank For Reconstruction and Development in London. After getting her MBA she moved to business consulting with WS Atkins and had a 15 year career with Shell International, working with wide range of clients and stakeholders from front-line workers to board members. Saule designed and implemented numerous change management programs and helped leaders and organizations achieve their business and culture transformation objectives: business performance turnaround, behavioral safety program, organization design, business process improvement and leadership development. She is currently an independent Organizational Effectiveness consultant. She designed and delivered learning programs related to the organizational effectiveness: change management, team effectiveness and leadership development.

Saule holds a Master in Business Administration from Warwick Business school, is a certified Organizational Development Practitioner by NTL and an Associate Accredited Coach by ICF. She is a Member of the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science
