Presentation: “AI in Product Managment”
Description:
Stop treating AI like a feature and start using it as a teammate. In this hands-on workshop, John Johnson (Lead Product Faculty, UMD) walks you through designing an end-to-end agent workflow that offloads rote PM work—research synthesis, meeting notes, ticket drafting, experiment setup—while improving team collaboration and the quality of customer feedback loops. You’ll learn how to frame agent goals, wire data sources and guardrails, evaluate outputs for trust and reliability, and translate results into outcome-centric roadmaps. Leave with a reusable workflow template, an evaluation checklist, and a practical plan to pilot an agent with your product team next week.
