I have worked with clients in many and diverse industries, and codified what I think I've learned in four best-selling and critically acclaimed books, including "The Innovator's Solution" (co-authored with Clayton M. Christensen) and "The Strategy Paradox," and hundreds of articles in scholarly (e.g. Strategy Management Journal) and practitioner (e.g., Harvard Business Review) articles.
As a co-founder of S3 Markets, I am applying these insights to enable the rapid, radical decarbonization of key hard-to-abate sectors by giving companies with net zero ambitions the agency they need to support the deployment of transformational low-carbon production technologies. We are disrupting carbon markets to transform product markets.
In parallel, as an Associate Professor at Ivey Business School, I am extending my innovation research into the sustainability space via collaborations in academe and industry, while my teaching brings the resulting insights to the next generation of business leaders.
As a founding investor in Canary Medical, I hope to transform both the practice of medicine and the quality of patient care to radically improve health outcomes.
